General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, severe clotted menstrual bleeding maybe in concern with various possible issues as:
- Uterine fibroid
- Endometrial hyperplasia
- Endometriosis
- Adenomyosis
- Other endocrine disorders as thyroid alterations or else

It is best recommended to consult your OBGY for primary treatment as in terms of prescription of NC NORM P and Trenexamic acid for best relief followed by an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis to look into the underlying cause and treat accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
