What Causes Severe Constipation Along With Rashes On Anus Spreading To Buttocks?

I suffer with rheumatoid arthritis on methatraxate doing well for 2 years fell 3 weeks ago hurt pelvis area Have had 2 X-rays , no breaks or fractures show. Very painful to stand or walk meds Difene and solphedene. Have nconstipation for 4 days now rash on anus spreading over buttocks

Constipation may worsen by anal fissure.
Lack of water and high fiber food cause constipation.
Any intestinal obstruction may cause constipation.

Internal hemorroids may cause blood in stool and constipation problem.

Anorectal examination is helpful for diagnose.
