What Causes Severe Constipation Followed By Diarrhoea In A Child?

My 11 year old daughter has been constipated with diahrea coming out around what she says feels like a hard stool for well over a week. Today she came home from school with a 99.5 fever, is in bed sleeping now but keeps going to the bathroom when awake. She still feels she is blocked but the diarhea continues. She also has a stomach ache and a little nausea.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
I can well understand your concerns for the kid. Its a mild grade fever and I want to reassure you that you need not to worry. All will be ok few days after.
She seems to have Gastritis which happens very often with something ur kid ate from outside because you look like a caring parent.
I would really recommend you to see the Paediatrician/Physician so that she may get treatment for that.
Give your feedback for better assistance next time.

Regards!
