What Causes Severe Constipation In A Person With Rectocele?
I have both cystocel and retrocel the last two days I am totally wiped out. I had a pessery done a few weks ago and the pain in my lower back was horrible. I had the dr. remove and the pain went away. Now I am experiencing much constipation so I took 2 tbls of Castor oil now I am having birght orange difficult evacuation and now strenght whatsoever

Your symptoms seem to be related to constipation. I suggest using a laxative such as Miralax. I also recommend using daily probiotics and drink a lot of liquids. Fiber supplement and a fiber rich diet can also be helpful.
