What Causes Severe Cough Along With Vomiting?

My daughter has been struggling with a cough for two months. She has seen three doctors, done antibiotics, has an inhaler, etc. it has helped a bit but still has fits with vomiting, nose bleeds, etc. I suspect some sort of allergy but would like a suggestion on what to do next. Allergist? Ent?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Thanks for your question on HCM

I do understand your pain and discomforts

As per your clinical history is concerned she needs a detailed clinical examination as well as few pathological tests like-

CBC with differential

ESR

Renal & liver function test

Urine[RE/ME]

Antinuclear antibody [ANA] test

ECG/ECHO/chest X-ray

Check her body temperature every 6 hours and record it up to 72 hours.

Do not worry at all she will be alright soon

Hope that helps
