I have gone thru your query regarding severe
cough along with
wheezing and chest congestion .
Chest congestion happens to us, and for a variety of reasons. If you have a virus, a
cold, or the flu, if you have
bronchitis,
pneumonia, or any variety of ailment that causes phlegm and mucus to build up in the bronchial tubes, you may have symptoms of chest congestion causing you feeling miserable.
Dear , do you have any idea of why these problems erupt .
This is due to the toxin accumulated in our system by pollution in air .water ,like dust, smoke, other pollution, chemicals, bacteria and viruses, food additives, and food allergens , a major cause of mucus production is from the diet is often a result of a sluggish digestive tract, respiratory and
lymphatic system .
But Excess mucus is produced to capture these particles and shuttle them out of the body – meaning more coughing, stuffy noses, a harder time breathing.
All this is natures help to clear our system and save the body from disease .
To help the nature , you have to streamline your life by modifying your food habits & life style ,
Avoid fried ,fast foods milk, yogurt, cheese,sugar , tea coffee
meat,
smoking ,alcohol etc.
Include All leafy greens and herb , Cauliflower and broccoli, Garlic
Celery, Asparagus
– Bamboo shoots, Onions , Ginger and turmeric ,Citrus fruits (lemons, limes, grapefruits, oranges, kumquats, etc.), Pineapple, Berries
sprouts . Hot peppers , Honey with black pepper works wonders to give immediate relief .
Do deep breathing , Pranayam Bhramary ,Anulom vilom to strengthen your chest and bronchiols and all over the body .
Ayurvedic Kunjal helps in clearing excess mucus and toxins from your lungs and respiratory system ---- In the morning , after clearing your bowls Take 5 - 6 glasses of warm water .Drink it at a stretch or as much as you can ,on first day ,
Retain for 2 minutes , than vomit it out . force vomit by putting fingers in your throat ,as much as you can . You will see some greasy water has come out .
