What Causes Severe Cough And Fever?
My son came home from college for Thanksgiving with a severe cough and fever. Shortly thereafter me, my husband and our 16 year old son had fever and coughing up phlegm. Our 16 year old is better and normal however me and my husband still have a bad cough with mucous, nasal drip, and my lungs are sore from all the coughing. I m concerned we may have pneumonia.

it appears to be viral flu it is infectious and self limiting for controlling fever syrup crocin or tablet can be given. give vit c one tablet daily can give nasibion or otitrivine nasal drop. can give cortex cough syrup get lungs examined by pulmunologist if there is bronchospasm then bronchodyl can be given antibiotic can be given on his recomandation.
