What Causes Severe Cough, Nausea And Dry Heaves After Taking Atorvastatin And Lisinopril?

Hi I have started a new medicine well a matter of fact two new medicines ATORVASTATIN, LISINOPRIL, I M also a newly diagnoissed Diabectic within the last couple of days I have had this bad cough nauesua a very dry feeling in my throat I stop coughing for a little while then all of the sudden I cough uncontrollably to the point of a dry heaving and nothing comes up but clear mucus.

Lisinopril has a side effect of producing brassy cough. You can substitute lisinopril with telmisartan or amlodipine after consulting a physician and reviewing your blood pressure.
