Hello,

You may be suffering from acute viral rhinitis with pharyngitis with eustachian tube block with or without middle ear effusion. Avoid cool drinks and freeze water.

Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use tablet montelukast and Levocetirizine once a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine the oral cavity and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
