What Causes Severe Cough, Throat Pain, Painful Swallowing And Headache?
Hello, I have been suffering from a bad cough for about a week. I lost my voice a few days ago and while it is slowly returning the pain in my throat and neck are not subsiding. It is becoming even more painful to swallow. I sometimes cough up greenish/ yellow mucous but often the cough is dry and frequent. I now have a headache as well.

its simply an ENT problem
you have both laryngitis n pharyngitis along with Post treatment sinusitis
firstly i must say you to avoid oily fried and vit-c rich fruits
treatment includes
tab.wikoryl 1tds a decongestant
tab.azithral 500mg 1OD for three days
TUSQ-d syrup 2 spoons saily
rest most important is steam inhalation with karvol Steam capsules in steam water
