having knee pain: lateral instability, sharp pain in the front inside when the knee is turned outwards, it can support weight, but its a constant "cramping" throughout the knee, with sharp pain when the foot moves the left or right. I felt the pop in the forward part of the knee, but can't be specific because it was an instant pain
