What Causes Severe Cramping With Vomiting And Diarrhoea During Menstruation?
I has an iud removed a month ago. This is my first menstruation since. I am having severe cramping with vomiting and diarrhea. I can not take medication as I can not hold anything down. I went through the first pad in an hour, the second pad is not as dramatic. When I had the IUD put in I had a severe vasovagal response with vomiting, loss of consciousness and pain. My question is, at what point do I go to the ER. I ve been vomiting every 15 minutes for two hours.
I would advise you to visit ER immediately. As you require intravenous fluids urgently because vomiting results in to loss of water as well as electrolytes. It is very serious condition. Morever you are bleeding heavily, it further complicates the condition. You have to take medicines (antibiotics, antacids, anti vomiting, pain killers) which can be given through intravenous route only as you have vomiting.
Please visit immediately.
I hope my reply will help you. Please write for follow up queries. I wish you rapid recovery. Kindly rate the reply. Thanks
