What Causes Severe Cramps And Heavy Menstruation After Protected Intercourse?

I had protected sex and I m not sure if I m pregnant! It happened four days ago and now I m having bad cramps, and also what seems to be a really heavy period. Is it possible that I could be pregnant because I m not supposed to have my period for another week or could it just be because my cycle is messed up. Also I was a virgin before so this was my first time. Would that have anything to do with it? Please help me because I am freaking out.

relax you are not pregnant. generally after 1st intercourse girls tend to immediately get their periods. if pain is severe you can take a mild pain killer n relax.
