I have gone your medical history carefully and understood your concern.
Let me recapitalize your case: - 29 years old female - severe cramps on your bladder - start pain in breasts - negative pregnancy tests twice
The symptoms you are having is started recently, could be due to : - incoming periods - urinary tract infection or cystitis (infection of bladder)
Urine analysis and abdominal ultrasound is advised to run further to determine the right diagnosis. For the moment, I recommend to use mephenamic acid and/or ibuprofen for the pain.
Hope this helps! Dr.Albana
