What Causes Severe Cramps In The Abdomen And Frequent Urination?

I have a question I do not know what is wrong if anything is but I have the nexplanon implant in my arm and the 3 years will be up april 30th and I never have periods and for the past 3-4 days I ve been cramping really bad to the point where I can t move and then I m urinating really frequent like every 15 minutes or so and I m spotting like it s not a lot of blood just a little when I wipe them there will be spots in my underwear and I get really bad side pains and in my rib area.. could this mean anything...

Hello,

The delayed period is a common side effect of Nexplanon. Also, spotting can happen after some months. Make sure your implant is not expired and need to be replaced.
