i have been waking up at night with a feeling in my RLL ALMOST CRAMPING ANFD VERY COLD TO TOUCH. IT ALMOST FEELS LIKE MY FOOT IS STIFF. IT GOES AWAY WHEN I GET UP AND START WALKING AROUND IN THE MORNING. IM HAVING TROUBLE FEELING MY PULSES IN MY FOOT AS WELL AND I HAVE SOME VARICOSED VEINS N THAT SAME LOWER LEG. WHAT COULD THIS BE?
Hi Thanks for this query With varicose veins on leg, blood stasis in them at night when or when at rest may give you such symptoms.I will suggest you see the Doctor or if possible, a vascular surgeon for evaluation. Such symptoms could as well be caused by medical conditions like -ionic Imbalances -Neurologic disorders -Vitamin deficiency -And others Just see the Doctor for examination Hope this will help Best regards
