What Causes Severe Cramps In The Hands And Legs With Excessive Belching?

My husband is suffering from cramping in the hands and legs, day and night, also severe gas problems causing involuntary burping. He is 67 years old and suffers from high blood pressure. He has ha one kidney removed and had his prostate removed 5 years ago. He also has medullary sponge kidney.

Hi,

As per your description, it looks your husband has done neurological problem which leads to uncoordinated movements of hand called as cramps. For medullary sponge kidney, it's better to have checked by a nephrologist. For consistent cramps take advice from neurologist also.
