I have a history of a stress fracture of my left tibia which did not heal correctly. Now I am having a lot of cramping of my left foot and toes. Could this have anything to do with the other. I should also tell you, I take spironolactone for cystic acne flares

The symptoms that you describe are most likely caused by compression of nerves of the leg at the level of the fracture.
In my opinion, an EMG (nerve conduction study) is necessary to evaluate properly.
If the nerve conduction study confirms the nerve entrapment, surgical decompression may be necessary. Discuss with your doctor for these issues.
