Hi I have been experiencing extreme muscle cramps in my left leg. It starts by my toes being pulled forward and then continues up to the left side and top of my leg. It doesnt involve the calf muscle at all. The muscle becomes hard as a rock and it takes all my husband can do to rub it out. I have been lasting about 1 hour or longer .
