What Causes Severe Cramps In The Legs?

August was bad, September was Ok, November was fine to for my breathing problems! I m very active in teaching field, I take Advair one time in the night and no other medication. My question to you is about the cramps in my legs and excruciating why?

For Cramping pain - tablet diclofenac + chlorzoxazone 12 hourly.
Hot fomentation will also be helpful.
