What Causes Severe Cramps In The Lower Abdomen?
I am having sever cramps in my lower abdomen & my stools are all watery and very dark brown in color. I do not see any blood in my stools. The only thing that seems to relieve my stomach cramps is taking my muscle relaxers. I ve never had symptoms like this before but I have had ulcers once before. However I didn t experience any pain at that time. I am currently being treated for back pain due to my spine being mis-aligned

I really appreciate your concern, hope the abdomen pain with dark brown stool is indication of infection and it could be protozoa infection. I would suggest to treat it with tab Metronidazole, for abdomen pain tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen can be tried, else the other history is not related with this.
