What Causes Severe Cramps In The Soles Of The Feet?

Why are the soles of my feet cramping? I have been sitting quietly for the past hour or so, talking to friends and drinking water. I drink plenty of water all the time. This happens frequently. I have had vertigo for the past two months and I can t figure out what s happening.

Hello Dear. Severe cramps in the legs is mainly sign of calcium deficiency and electrolyte imbalance. Take lot of fluids. Take electral powder in water. You can also start taking tablet calcium once daily. You should be alright in a month.
