What Causes Severe Cramps On The Right Side After A Hysterectomy?

I have a 22cm cyst on my right ovary.. I have had a hysterectomy so the right ovary is all that is left. I am having at times severe cramps on the right side. My doctor has known about it since last year during a ct scan but never told me until now. But never told me to get it removed so what should I do?

OB and GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

22 cms are quite a big cyst and it needs an invasive procedure to remove this cyst. I suggest you visit a gynecologist and go for a Ca125 as it needs to remove.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Naira Jahangir, OB and GYN Specialist
