What Causes Severe Depression And PTSD After A Concussion?

In 2014 I received a concussion. Since then I have been diagnosed with PCS, PTSD, severe depression, visual and neck issues. No therapy have been effective in getting my life back. Please advise where and who I should consult with in Ontario (Toronto area) Canada or New York (Buffalo or Syracuse area). Thanks. BM
