What Causes Severe Diarrhea Post Inatke Of Ciprofloxacin?
recently had aortic valve replacement 15 weeks ago, minimally invasive surgery.Two weeks ago had infection in entry point. Took ciprofloxacin. seems pretty healed up. Monday night had diarrhea all night and had recurring bouts, Tonight seems like bathroom every hour or more. Related? what to do?

hi...few hospitalised patients have diarrhoea after taking ciprofloxacin..which is common drug associated with diarrhoea..
take probiotics in food or as supplements will relieve it..
if not you can take vancomycin like antibiotics..
