What Causes Severe Diarrhea,low Grade Fever And Stomach Bloating?

Two days ago had severe diarrhea for one day with low grade fever and feeling bloated. Over the counter meds stopped diarrhea, but still don t feel right. Can t think of a food that caused it, it came on in the morning before eating. Been sleeping a lot. Blessings, Carl

I really appreciate your concern, such diarrhea is self limiting and no medicine needed, you should have not taken the medicine, now jut be patience it will be fine within days, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
