I have a concussion that I got on Saturday, I went to the hospital Sunday, and my college s hospital yesterday. They told me that if there was a loss of balance, I couldn t walk, or anything like that, It was very bad and I could have bleeding in the brain. But, this morning I woke up and the room was spinning very badly. And I had sat up slowly. I then laid on my side and the room was still spinning and I was really dizzy. What s this mean? Should I go get a cat scan?
From my clicnical experince I can say that you should get a CAT scan or MRI brain to rule out any injury, as the symptoms can be raleted to nervous system disorder. However, please get blood pressure and pulse recordings, and complete blood counts also.
The advice of the your medical specialist appears to be genuine and should be followed ( as the symptoms are increasing).
