I get very dizzy and feel like I am going to faint and I get a loud ringing in my head and then my chest starts to hurt...I get a really bad headache. It last for 5 to 10 mintues, then I feel very week.... I have had my heart check out and it is ok...I do have afibe .
Understanding your concern. As per your query severe dizziness and chest pain due to many reasons like middle ear infection , Meniere's disease , acoustic neuroma or low blood iron or sugar level . You should not ignore this ,because it can also occur due to condition like angina so consult cardiologist it it without any delay , who may order troponint test , ECG and TMT , because sometimes the condition get complicated. You should consult with your ENT specialist and get evaluated. Doctor may order audiometry test and tuning fork test and treat it accordingly. Doctor may recommend you to start with antibiotics, steroids and labrynthine sedatives for 5 to 7 weeks. you should go for vestibular rehabilitation exercises. For now do mind relaxing exercises like meditation and take proper rest .
