Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Husband is 64. No major health problems. Was putting a box in attic from Christmas and became extremely dizzy and disoriented. No pain, he said he wants to lean to one side. Trouble standing and balance off. Felt he had to vomit. Made it to bathroom to have a bowel movement. Afraid to move. Still dizzy, weak.

General & Family Physician, Dr. Varinder's Response
Hi
Welcome to HealthcareMagic
I would suggest MRI brain and color Doppler study of neck cervical arteries and X-ray cervical spine. As he is with imbalance and he wants to lean on side it is a bad sign so urgent MRI brain or CT brain to rule out cerebellar stroke. If you find my answer as helpful please vote my answer a helpful .
With Regards
