What Causes Severe Dizziness And Headache While Tossing And Turning In Bed?

For the past couple of days when I lay down in bed and turn from right to left side I get extremely dizzy for a few seconds to the point I can t focus my eyes during that time. Should I be worried it s something serious like an aneurysm ? I also get immediate headache.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms of dizzy while truing head could be due to vestibular dysfunction and not due to aneurysm, and it can be well managed with "Tab Betahistine 8 mg" three times in day, hope this information may helps, take care and have a nice day.
