What Causes Severe Dizziness And Nausea?

I went to the drivein for the 1st time in a long time. The movie was animated. The combination of the sounds coming through the radio and lights in the car (because we needed to start the car every 10 - 15 mins or so to ensure the battery didn t die) I think, is what caused an extreme dizziness. I thought I was going to pass out. I left the car and sat by the snack bar the last hour of the movie. I was nauseous. When we got home, I was able to fall asleep immediately. I m feeling much better this morning (not perfect). The back left side of my head still feels pressure. What could be the cause?

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi,

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that your symptoms could be related to travel disease or an inner ear disorder. For this reason, I would recommend having some rest and avoiding straining physical activity in the next days.

If your symptoms persist, I would recommend consulting with an ENT specialist for a physical exam.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
