What Causes Severe Dizziness And Pressure Between The Eyes?

My husband has woken the last 2 mornings feeling slightly dizzy, almost a drunken dizzy. He said it went away after a few minutes yesterday but today he woke me and stumbled each time he tried to get up. He feels pressure between his eyes, and he was clammy. BP was fine, no temperature he s not diabetic. I m wondering if he may have the start of a sinus or inner ear infection. Thoughts?
