General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You seem to have BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo). This is due to some small calcifications in the inner.
You need to see your doctor and he will perform Dix-Hallpike maneuver to diagnose it and they another maneuver to remove the precipitates.
It is generally treated up to 90% with the first try of this maneuver, so it is a condition that is not worrisome.
There is no oral tablet that will treat this condition.

I hope this is helpful.
I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.

Regards,
