What Causes Severe Dizziness In Children?

Hello,i am a 14 year old girl who is suffering from really bad dizzy spells. So everyday all through the day i feel lightheaded and i feel like i am spinning and that that i am moving and it feels so uncomfortable, when i lay down or sit it gets worse and my heart races and i get a bit sick, i have been suffering from dizzy spells since i was 8 years old and i am tired of having them every single day, all the doctors i have seen have said that it is because of anxiety, but for some reason i don t think i have anxiety i think there is something seriously wrong with me. thank you
