What Causes Severe Dizziness While Having Peptic Ulcers, Gastritis And High Blood Pressure?

i have been extremely lightheaded and dizzy for about two weeks. This gets worse if a go hungry and my stomach is etremely gaseous (farting on repeat) I keep having heart burns and when talking on the phone I was clearly annoyed by the vioce in a manner that i feel the sound waves/vibration as the person talks moving throug my head. when i awake it take about 3 to 10 mins for me to become dizzy again every once in a while i will see spots/ twinkle stars. I have a history of peptic ulcers, gastritis, and a blood pressure of 140/90 age 26 years male. never had dizzyness/ been light headed before. I even feel the vibration of me steping sometimes moving through my head. Can you help me figure out whats wrong
