What Causes Severe Dizziness While On Lisinopril And Hydrochlorothiazide?

This only happened once before to me, about 12 years ago. Today I was washing my dishes and I became dizzy (or lost my balance ability ). I started to feel this coming on and it quickly became more severe. I was afraid I was going to fall and prepared to lower myself to the floor if necessary. I did not fall, as I held onto the counter. I walked into my bedroom, only by means of going very slowly/carefully and holding onto furniture all the way. I came in and sat on my bed. The dizzyness was slowly normalizing. I laid down for about 1/2 hour and now am fine, I guess. I have high blood pressure but it is well controlled with daily Lysinopril 25 mg, Hydrochlorothiazide 20 mg, and a baby aspirin (all one daily). I live alone. My talking is normal. I have no symptoms now, but should I be concerned??
