Hello,

Dizziness can be a symptom of high or low blood sugar levels in individuals with diabetes. It can occur when blood sugar levels drop too low (hypoglycemia) or rise too high (hyperglycemia). Melform is a medication used to treat type 2 diabetes, but it is important to take it consistently as prescribed to help maintain stable blood sugar levels.

If you are not consistently taking your medication, it may be possible that your blood sugar levels are fluctuating and causing the dizziness. It's important to monitor your blood sugar levels regularly and consult with your doctor if you experience any concerning symptoms, such as dizziness, weakness, or confusion.

Other potential causes of dizziness in individuals with diabetes can include dehydration, cardiovascular issues, or medication side effects. For this, you need to consult further physically with your caring doctor.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
