As per your query you have symptoms of severe eczema despite using Cetaphil and Eucerin which could be due to cosmetics products , pets , pollens , certain viruses and bacteria , weather , food like nuts and seafood. In your case probable reasons is seasonal allergy and due to hormonal changes. Need not to worry. You should avoid wearing tight clothes and apply cold compresses. I would suggest you to keep yourself away from open environment. You should use air condition and continue taking anti histamine like benadryl and apply cold compresses to affected area and apply moisturizer . If condition doesn t get improve or get worse then consult allergy specialist for proper examination . Doctor will take history and try to find out the trigger factor .
