Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain as you used skinlite cream for such a long time which contains Momentasone which is a steroid and long term steroid causes thinning of the skin, acne, inflammation, flaking as well as it can also lead to swelling of the veins over the face..
You should immediately stop using it as it will keep on spoiling the skin and further destroy your beauty..
You can apply Kojic acid containing cream that is a mushroom extract and safe for long term use and can also improve your complexion..
Apply Vitamin E oil on face..
For pimples apply benzoyl peroxide containing gels along with clindamycin gel on face..
You can apply retinoid containing gel like Adapelene containing gel over the pimples..
To prevent dryness and flaking you can apply aloevera gel over face..
Take multivitamin supplements..
Do cold compresses and splash your face with cold water frequently..
Exfoliate your face with a mild scrub once a week..

If still no improvement you can consult a Dermatologist and he can advise you to take oral antibiotics like Muricoprin or Minocycline.
Certain procedures like Photofacial and microdermabrasion can help.

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
