Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain severe facial pain with a recent medical history of sinus infection and fluid in ear for which you are taking antibiotics seems to be most probably due to Sinus infection only and as the sinuses are present one on each side of nostrils therefore inflammation in the sinuses can cause pain on the face..
Fluid build up in the ear can be due to ear infection that can be secondary to post nasal drip caused due to sinus infection..
As you are already taking antibiotics and doing warm moist compresses it is appropriate and should continue with the same..
Along with it you can also start taking anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, decongestants like Pseudoephadrine, do saline nasal irrigation, steam inhalation and use a humidifier in your room..
You can also be advised decongestant nasal sprays containing Xylometazoline or Oxymetazoline..
It will help in dissipation of fluid from ear also and in case of no improvement in either of conditions consult an ENT expert and get evaluated and you can be advised Endoscopic sinus surgery for the relieve from sinus problem and also manual drainage of fluid from the ears for relief..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
