What Causes Severe False Pain During Pregnancy?

i am 40 weeks pregnant, had my hemm lanced twice last week as it was very very large (5 cm) i think there were two?? the pain was horrible and im a bit worried about the pain during birth, will i feel more pain that normal??

Thrombosed hemorrhoids are very painful, I am sorry you suffer from this condition.

Hemmorhoids are not a contraindication to vaginal delivery. In terms of pain, unless you tear very badly, it is unlikely that the birth would cause any additional discomfort to your anal area than anyone else. Epidural anesthesia will also help your anal pain. There are also many products for your comfort available in the hospital and you will feel much less pressure in your hemmorhoids once the baby delivers.
