What Causes Severe Fatigue Along With Backache?

In the last 24 hours I have experienced extreme fatigue, and I am now running a temperature of 93.6 degrees. I am experiencing extreme chills and severe back aching and pain. I am a healthy 23 year old male and this has never happened to me before. My hands are extremely cold to the point of difficult functionality i.e. typing this has been difficult. Thanks for any advice!

Sounds like you may have an infection. Possibly could be pancreatitis with the severe back pain, should go to ER and get blood tests and possibly CT scan of abdomen done. Risk factors for pancreatitits are gallstones, alcohhol intake, high triglycerides (type of cholesterol) and hereditary factors
