What Causes Severe Fatigue Along With Headaches And Joint Pain?

My 23 year old daughter has been feeling super tired with terrible headaches and joint pain with swelling in the back of her neck the doctor said today that cat scan showed a little swelling in the lymph nodes in her neck and elevated platelets but other blood work said to be within normal levels everything I have been searching on web pretty much says cancer so freaking out I know this is premature worry but moms worry what are your thoughts she has complained of body aches and pain since she was a teen
