What Causes Severe Fatigue Along With Muscle And Joint Pain?

I am a 32yr old female. I have the following symptoms that are new or have severely progressed over the last 2 years. Fatigue, I m always tired. It has gotten worse in the last 12 months. I don t even have to do anything and I m so fatigue. Muscle and joint pain, my whole body hurts 24/7. Again has severely progressed over the last year and half. It takes everything I have to make myself get out of bed in the morning. Sometimes I just want to cry I hurt so bad, usually in the afternoons and early evening, when it s cold or rainy. I feel like I can t remember anything. I m becoming concerned because of my two latest symptoms, for almost a month now, every night while sleeping one or the other entire leg falls asleep . I have no feeling in it for what seems like a long time then tingling. And I ve notice a few times now I could be standing and I just lose my balance. Ive just started looking into thing, could I possibly have MS?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Rheumatologic disorders should be ruled out in your case. Vitamin b12 and vitamin d deficiencies also can cause such symptoms. Blood routine , ESR, vitamin b 12 and vitamin d levels and TSH should be tested. In case of rheumatologic disorders ESR will be increased and mild anemia might be present. In such case a rheumatology consultation should be done. In case vitamin d or b12 deficiency , taking supplements of those will be helpful also.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if any thing not clear.
Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
