Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a friend that had breast cancer 10 years ago and was successfully treated. Recently she is having extreme fatigue and unusual episodes of blurred vision and seeing triple and double vision. She has had stress test done , results were okay. YYYY@YYYY
Fatigue and blurred vision are usually associated with blood pressure changes. This is the first parameter that I need to asses in my patients. If blood pressure is high, I would recommend starting a treatment based on diuretics, like hydrochlorthiazide. If your friend's blood pressure is within limits, then exams such as blood glucose, CBC and eye control would follow. Please, measure the blood pressure and then check in with a doctor to have the other exams done. Without these exams, no further can be said about the origin of the symptoms related above. I hope I have been helpful.
Wish you health, Eni Manoku M.D.
