What Causes Severe Fatigue And Body Ache?
I am always extremely tired even after 7 hours of restful sleep. I ache all over, absolutely no energy even to walk a short distance. My left leg and foot are always swollen and feel very heavy, my right hand and arm are swollen. I am in a constant state of exhaustion and it has become worse in the summer months now sometimes I have little or no appetite but I m not losing any weight

Please go for complete blood count...test for diabetes ...high BP...it may be anaemia or cardiac failure or some kidney problem ...or thyroid problem ...please get ascessed for these
