What Causes Severe Fatigue And Cough In A Breast Cancer Survivor?

I have had breast cancer two times. I am currently having severe fatigue, cough (sometimes productive sometimes not) mainly at night and SOB on exertion. I have never smoked and do not drink alcohol. Lost about 20 lbs in the last 3 months. About 6 months ago my platelets were low.

in know n case of ca breast u need to keep in mind about infection also metastasis in such cases .so in ur case get urgent chest X ray an long with other investigation in detail. get ur 2DEcho also .
