I have multiple symptoms that are kind of worrying me. I am always extremely fatigued, dizzy and out of breath. I have hot and cold flashes and am extremely sensitive to the cold. I have loss of appetite and sometimes sharp chest pains. I have no idea why all of this is happening.Anything you can tell me or give advice?

Hi,

How old are you? Have you suffered from allergy? It is possible that hypothyroidism which may present with the above symptoms.

Other possibilities like hypotension or cold induced syncope or electrolyte imbalance or anaemia etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please check haemoglobin, serum electrolytes status, thyroid profile. If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
