drowsiness and
fatigue. Though I don't know precisely about your history of any disease, age, occupation, habits.
Still, I tell you there can be several reasons in your case: Habits like lack of exercise. Any metabolic issue may be
diabetes mellitus in which
glucose level to the brain decreases causing drowsy feelings.
Using any medication for stress relief or any chest medicine or inhalers or antihistaminic drugs. Nutritional issues from lack of carbohydrate-rich diet.
Habits like
Alcoholism or use of marijuana, codeine etc. I suggest you either send your history details or meet a general physician to find probable cause.
Rest I advise you;
To have exercise. Morning walk for fresh air. Take carbohydrate-rich diet. Try coffee or tea once. Avoid alcohol, any drug use if you are habitual. Consult a physician for a general checkup.
