i had a stroke in 2012 and had a cartoinecetrtomy surgery i take a 325 aspirin everyday one of my doctors gave me inderal la i think for blood pressure been feeling really tired and sleeping excessive amounts blood pressure top number under 100 and lower number in 40 to 60.could this medicine have something to do with this.
Yes, Inderal can cause loss of energy and tiredness. Besides this it also lower blood pressure and your reading are quite low. You should keep your BP about 120 and 80. So you should talk to your doctor as you may need reduce the dose of inderal.
Beside this we also need to check few basic test like hemoglobin electrolyte, etc., that can cause tiredness.
